Work & Surf in Sagres. One week work, one week off.
Week one: you work as usual and surf in the morning and evening. Week two: holiday, just water. With people who have jobs and already surf.
The date follows the crew.

- Two weeks between March and May 2027. You tell us when you're free — and whether you want both weeks or just one.
- Where
- Sagres in the Algarve, where the west and south coasts meet. If one coast is too big, the other one usually works.
- Who for
- People with jobs who already surf and can work from where the waves are. Good for networking.
- Work
- We only pick accommodation with good wifi and a proper place to work — we check before we book.
- Cost
- You get the price before you book anything. You pay the accommodation directly, not us.
What to expect
- Week 1: work, sessions before and after your working day
- Week 2: off — surf as much as you like
- A crew on the same rhythm: focus during the week, free afterwards
- Video and photos of your week — to remember it by and to analyse your manoeuvres

Do I have to come for both weeks?
Tell us in the form — both weeks, just the work week or just the surf week. We'll plan around it.
How good is the internet?
We choose the accommodation so that you can really work there. We check it beforehand and tell you before you book.
What level is it for?
For people who already surf. With two coasts, Sagres almost always has waves somewhere — the west coast is the place for experienced surfers.
When is the date set?
As soon as eight people pick the same time. Then we get back to you with date and price. Until then nothing is binding.
