A complete group
Instead of eight separate enquiries, one group with one contact person — before and during the trip.
For surf charters, camps, surf houses and guides
Surftrip Crew puts together surfers who want to go to the same place at the same time. Once the group is set, it comes to you — with everything you need to book them in. One contact, no chasing.
What you get
Filling spots one booking at a time takes time: lots of single enquiries, questions, cancellations — and still the odd empty bunk. We take that part off your plate.
Instead of eight separate enquiries, one group with one contact person — before and during the trip.
Names, surf levels, dietary needs, who shares a cabin or room, arrival times. You can book everyone in straight away.
The crew knows each other a little before they arrive, and they picked your trip on purpose. They come to surf, and they already get along.
I'm a filmmaker and the camera runs on every trip. You get photos and video from the week to use for your own marketing.
How it works
First trip
A week on a surf charter between Lanzarote, La Graciosa, Lobos and Fuerteventura, 7–14 December. It's our first run of the whole process — from finding the crew to handing over the group.
Where this is going
Surfers find people who fit and plan their next trip as a crew. Operators get full, well-prepared groups. And soon, AI assistants should be able to find a trip and send a request for their users directly. Partners who join early help shape how that works.
Let's talk
Tell me what you offer and when you have space. I'll get back to you personally.
